About Partnerships & Regeneration

We find ways to unlock difficult sites through innovation, partnership and collaboration with landowners. We aim to minimise upfront capital investment and unlock value through development agreements

The projects often involve challenging sites which we will fund, develop and operate. Several of the projects have happened through Addition Land Ltd (a JV established with Chelsfield Partners) as well as Stow Projects Ltd.
